By using Walkthru you agree to these terms.

The service

Walkthru provides punch list software for builders, delivered as a web app, API and MCP server. We may change or improve features over time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you add to your company. Keep API keys confidential; anything done with a key is treated as done by you.

Your content

You own what you put into Walkthru. You grant us the right to store and display it to run the service. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Plans and billing

Free includes one active job. Pro is $39 per month per company, billed by Stripe, and renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the paid period. No refunds for partial months except where required by law.

Disclaimer

Walkthru is provided "as is". It's a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for your own inspections, contracts or professional judgment. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Walkthru any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. On termination you can export your data through the API for 30 days.
